1. The basics
Craft Caro is for celebrating, promoting and sharing. Everything you create, upload or post — designs, AI creations, photos, music and comments — must follow Indian law, our Terms of Use and this policy.
2. Content that's not allowed
- Anything illegal, including content that threatens the unity, integrity, security or public order of India.
- Hate speech or content that attacks people for their religion, caste, gender, ethnicity, disability or other protected traits; content that hurts religious sentiments deliberately.
- Sexual or nude content, and any sexual content involving minors (we report it to the authorities).
- Violence, threats, harassment, bullying or encouraging self-harm.
- Defamatory content, or private information about someone without their permission.
- False or misleading information presented as fact, including fake news and fraudulent offers or schemes.
- Impersonating a person, business, political party or government body, or using their logos to mislead.
- Content that infringes copyright or trademarks — for example someone else's logo, photo or song that you don't have the right to use.
- Spam, malware or anything meant to harm devices or the Service.
3. Extra rules for AI photos & videos
- Use your own photo, or a photo of someone who has clearly agreed. Don't upload photos of children unless you are their parent or guardian.
- No deepfakes: don't create AI images or videos of real people — including celebrities, leaders and public officials — that show them doing or saying something they didn't, or that could mislead others.
- Be transparent: don't present AI-generated images or videos as real photos or recordings to deceive people.
- We automatically check uploaded photos and results; requests or results that break this policy may be blocked, and credits for blocked requests may not be returned.
4. Music you upload
Upload only music you created or have the right to use. You can use your upload in your own videos straight away. Before it can appear in the public music library for other users, our team reviews it; we may decline or remove music at any time, for example after a copyright complaint.
5. Comments & community
Be respectful in comments (for example in Bhakti). Comments may be moderated, hidden or removed, and repeat offenders may lose the ability to comment.
6. Reporting content
If you see content that breaks this policy, or that infringes your rights (including copyright or a fake profile of you), email support@craftcaro.com with:
- a link or screenshot and where in the app you saw it;
- why it's a problem (and, for copyright, proof that you own the rights);
- your contact details.
We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days. Content that is clearly unlawful, or that shows a person in a sexual or private state without consent, is removed as quickly as possible (within 24 hours of a valid complaint).
7. What we do when rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may remove the content, block a request, limit features, suspend or close the account, and where required, report it to the authorities. If you think we made a mistake, reply to our message or contact the Grievance Officer and we'll review it.
